The Local Government Unit of Magallanes, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites your company to submit a formal proposal/quotation for the supply and delivery of 10-kg Rice for the “Bigay Bigas sa Masa” intended for the senior citizens of Magallanes who are not beneficiaries of the Social Pension Program funded under the FY 2026 Local Government Support Fund (LGSF).
All procurement activities are monitored to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act.” Procuring entities, through their Bids and Award Committees (BAC), are required to prepare a Procurement Monitoring Report tracking the status of procurement activities, timelines, awards, and adherence to procedures and budgets. The report is approved by the Head of the Procuring Entity and submitted to the Government Procurement Policy Board on a semestral basis as prescribed in the IRR (Section 42 of RA No. 12009 and its IRR)
