Mayor Augusto Manuel M. Ragragio officiates the hundred couples married during the 2020 Civil Mass Wedding activity of the Municipal Civil Registrar’s (MCR) office under sir Joel Carrascal. MCR staff and other volunteers from other LGU offices made the extra effort to make the activity a resounding success.
